This project involved developing a detailed storyboard for a 60-second explainer video introducing Elise AI and its capabilities. As the storyboard artist, my role was to visually interpret the script and align each scene with the creative vision, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact. The storyboard served as the foundation for a high-quality animated video designed to reflect Elise AI’s innovative brand and effectively communicate its purpose to a wider audience.
Working as a duo, we divided and refined scene compositions to maintain a consistent visual language across the entire narrative. I focused on translating abstract concepts into compelling visuals by crafting clear layouts, guiding motion concepts, and integrating feedback throughout the revision process. Attention to detail in angles, color treatments, and visual rhythm helped ensure the storyboard supported the final animation’s depth and professionalism.
The visual direction blended clean, tech-forward aesthetics with subtle 3D elements, carefully incorporating brand-specific colors, shadows, and depth. Each frame was designed with intention—balancing clarity with visual appeal—to guide the animation team in delivering smooth transitions and engaging movement.
Collaboration extended beyond our storyboard team. We worked closely with creative leads, animators, and the client to ensure alignment with Elise AI’s brand vision. Frequent check-ins and detailed feedback sessions helped fine-tune the narrative structure and maintain consistency throughout the animation process.
This project reinforced my passion for visual storytelling—using structure, timing, and design to simplify complex ideas. Contributing as a storyboard artist to a forward-thinking AI brand like Elise AI, and collaborating with a talented teammate, was a rewarding opportunity to blend creativity, clarity, and purpose.
