This project involved designing a comprehensive dashboard interface for the Audit Management System Website, built to support PT United Tractors Tbk’s Corporate Audit Function (CAU) and its subsidiaries. As the UI/UX designer, my role was to create an intuitive user experience that simplifies complex audit workflows—allowing both auditors and auditees to efficiently track, manage, and complete audit-related tasks in a centralized system.
Working closely with internal teams, I mapped out user journeys and interface elements to ensure the platform met the needs of multiple user types. The goal was to create a seamless interaction model that reduced friction, increased clarity, and supported smooth collaboration throughout the entire audit process.
The design approach prioritized usability, accessibility, and consistency. I implemented a clean, structured layout with clear visual hierarchy, making it easy for users to navigate tasks, monitor progress, and stay aligned with deadlines. Careful attention was given to typography, iconography, and component behavior to maintain clarity across the dashboard.
Throughout the project, collaboration played a key role—from early wireframing stages to final high-fidelity mockups. Regular feedback loops ensured the interface aligned with technical requirements and end-user expectations. The result was a scalable design system that supports ongoing audit operations while improving transparency and efficiency at every step.
This project was a meaningful opportunity to elevate enterprise tools through thoughtful UX design, helping teams manage complex data with clarity and confidence.
