This project involved redesigning the Office Service Website, a platform that streamlines various internal services such as meal ordering, meeting room booking, and office facility requests. As the UI/UX designer, my role was to enhance usability and modernize the interface to better support daily operations and improve the overall employee experience.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, I conducted a review of the existing platform and mapped out user journeys to identify key pain points. The redesign aimed to simplify workflows, reduce user effort, and create a cohesive, intuitive experience across different service modules—all while working within the Microsoft SharePoint environment.
The design approach focused on clarity, accessibility, and consistency. I introduced a cleaner layout with improved information hierarchy and visual cues to guide users through tasks quickly and efficiently. Components were optimized for both desktop and mobile use, ensuring functionality across devices.
Throughout the process, I worked closely with technical teams to ensure compatibility with SharePoint’s structure and to maintain system integrity. Feedback from stakeholders and test users helped shape iterations that balanced business needs with user expectations.
This project was a valuable opportunity to transform a functional tool into a more engaging and user-centric platform—one that enhances day-to-day operations and empowers employees with an easier way to access essential office services.
